Suggest Treatment For Pressure And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen

Hello My name is Carolyn. I am having pressure in my right lower stomach. Feels sensitive to the touch. only on the left side. Like a burning sinsation. Ive been told it may be my overies hurting. I am schduled to get a upper and lower check on Monday. I am worried because I never felt this burning in my lower stomach before . My bowles are good. Movement every day and stool looks good. A little gas at times. Should I schedule to see a GYN doctor. My doctor is a primary care doctor that has schduled me for a rectum and upper check Monday. Need your advice.

Another possible cause can be intestinal gas which you mentioned that you feel sometime.
