Thank you for choosing HCM

I have gone through your history and feel that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurrent headache which occurs due to a trigger factor. Example of trigger factors are:
Cold
Fever
Weather changes
Certain foods

Usually, identifying and then avoiding the trigger factors will help prevent the headache. Here are a few things that you can try to help you with the headache:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day

Follow up after 5 days so that we can confirm the cause.
Hope this helps you
