Suggest Treatment For Pressure Headaches

I have pressure headaches after eating anything. Just started this week after I seized/blacked out for 1.5 minutes without any notice. Was also eating at the time. Have not blacked out since but get these post meal headaches, sometimes chills and flushing. Was admitted for observation. All heart tests come back good. EEG loooks good except for maybe one spike in left temporal lobe. Scheduled MRI and more extensive EEG but what I really want relief from is not being able to eat without bad headaches and feeling crappy. HELP

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a pressure headache.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

If the symptoms continue, you may need prescription medications such as Triptans given by the neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
