Suggest Treatment For Pressure In The Bladder Area And Blood In Urine

I am 65 year old active woman who has constant bladder infections. I take two doses a day of nitrofurton to keep the infections at bay. However over two weeks ago I had a severe case of what felt like a bladder infection but the burning was not just on the inside but outside at all openings. I went to the dr and they gave me Cipro 250 mg which in the past usually stops the pain in a couple of days. That didn t work, went back and they put me on amoxicillin 875 mg. That only sorta worked on part of it. It doesn t burn as much on the inside or outside but when I stand up it feels like my womb is falling out (have had a complete hysterectomy 7 years ago when was diagnosised with endometrian cancer Some time there r shooting pains in my vagina area. Sitting is only slightly uncomfortable still some pressure in the bladder area. Standing and walking is different. Feels like I need to hold things in but things r not falling out. Never had this before it s is like I have strained my groin area or something. Oh also they said I had blood and protein in the first Urine sample but not in the second. What is going on.
