I just had a routine colonscopy and now I am feeling pressure in my bladder. I had a UTI within the 2 weeks after the procedure. Took Cipro which appeared to make it better. Had a follow up Urinalysis which showed normal, but I am still feelingpressure right above the pubic bone.
The symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection.
I suggest doing a urine culture for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pressure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
