Suggest Treatment For Pricking Pain In Chest
Hi my husband had prickling pain like pricking with needle pain on left side of the chest and same between shoulder. All his tests like EKG, nuclear combine with stress, holster monitor tests were normal. He is diabetic for 20yrs. That pain is On/off. Any answers.

Since the ECG is normal, he needs to be evaluated for lung or pleural pathology. The nature of pleural pain is typically as sharp, pricking and more on acts of deep inspiration or coughing.
A chest XRay and USG chest shall suffice.
