Suggest Treatment For Pricking Sensation In Stomach Due To Kidney Stones

Hello I have been having a poking sensation about 3 inches to the right of my navel for 2 weeks. I went to the doctor. I had an abdominal ultrasound. The tech said that she saw a small kidney stone in my right kidney. I've had kidney stones before that are extremely painful. That evening I had some kidney stone type pain (not as extreme as I am used to) I was also nauseated and running a low grade fever for a couple of hours. Since then, I've been pushing the fluids and have not seen a stone. Also, my period is lasting longer than usual. I know that's a lot to take in, but just trying to give all the info.
