Hi I have ear pain for long time ago probably 5 years ago I visited 3 specialist but they couldn t find any thing, my ear pain is really bothering me its affecting my whole life my job & even how I deal with my family because I m always nervous & can t concentrate on any thing please I need advice & I need regent help thanks
I can understand, ear pain can be very distressing. You have not given any symptoms here, however pain ear can be due to embedded wax, it can be cleared by putting Otorex ear drop and then having an ear wash done by an ENT specialist. If you have AOM, sinusitis, common cold, infection you may need antibiotic & anti inflammatory.
If you hear sounds (tinnitus) then you need to go through audiology and imaging tests. However, ear pain can also be due to dental issues. The most common is infection of the tooth or when a nerve in the tooth precisely in temporo madibular joint is affected, may cause pain in the tooth radiating to the ear.
In the meantime, you can take antacids and NSAIDS (combiflam), one SOS when required for relief. Get a dental examination done by a dentist.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
