Hello,

When a patient is bleeding for 2 weeks she is at risk of developing anemia due to iron deficiency. I would recommend you to eat food rich in iron such as green vegetables, meat, fish, etc. Also, taking oranges, mandrins and vitamin C may help with iron absorption in your bowel.
Alcohol is not recommended as it may cause problems with malabsorption.

Other then these there are no other specific diet recommendations. I would recommend you take the treatment the doctor gave (microgynon) and if the bleeding is not controlled in another week you will need to have another check with your doctor.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
