Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having temporal pressure/headaches for going on 3 years. They keep getting worse. I sleep well at night, but during the day the pressure is terrible. I have had two brain MRI s and sinus surgery. All was OK. Also have been on prednisone for two years. Any help would be appreciated.
So prednisolone drug and chronic sinusitis can lead persistent headache ... It should be corrected accordingly by lowering steroid dose or FESS like surgery (if sinusitis present )
Meanwhile avoid constant work on PC and take enough 8 hour sleep with regular diet ...
Also get checked your blood pressure and HB ....
Take care
Advise : physician consultation
