Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Sore Knees

have had sore knees for several years ,got worse after being inactive after shoulder surgery,in the last 6 months has gotton worse ,tried synvisc ,no relief,tried cortosne ,nothing ,six months of physio and shock wave therapy,get relief for literally an hour perhaps .X rays show advanced osteo ,ultrasound showed torn muscle ,and an area with complex fluids want me to redo ultrasound three months after first one ,waiting to get into a knee clinic ,any other thoughts suggestions other than lie and say the pain is worse than it is ?its probably as high as a six . thanks ,Max

Hi,

Seems early arthritis, or even advanced. Need to see X-rays or even MRI. Try Syn Visc One. Might help if its early stages. Avoid painkillers. Solve the problem and not the symptoms, you might require replacement eventually.
