Suggest Treatment For Prostate Cancer

My husband has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. After CT and Pet, drs say it is only in prostrate, about 60%, with a score of 7. They recommend with a prostatecomy or radiation. We are wondering if Saw Palm berry estract can help. Maybe prevent futher cancer growth.

i suggest to go for a prostectomy straight without giving it a second thought if the cancer is still within limits if getting operated.
