Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis On Foot And Palm

Sir, I have skin problem..skin doctor says that it is psoriasis.. But the problem is only on my palm & on foot..in the winter the skin became very dry..what to do..? I have taken allopathy treatment on it for 4 months only..I get relief..but again the same problem starts..now I am taking homeopathic medicine.. From 2 months..It s not cure..whether I continue it or not?
