Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis, Sporadic Sores And Redness On Face

Hello, I have multiple dermatologic issues, such as follow. I believe the sporadic sores & red face from sun to be a Lupus condition, and the Nails & Scalp - Psoriasis. Currently treating mostly with Plaquenil & Clobetasol, but I ve been reading about diets and other things that could help. I d like to know if I m on the right track, so that I don t waste time treating the wrong condition. Please take a look at the photos attached and let me know if you agree. Thank you so much!
