I have recently begun an aerobic exercise regimen and feel I may have pulled a muscle in my chest. It hurts incredibly bad when I cough and especially sneeze. I am female. How long might this last and what can I do for comfort. I continue to exercise but don t do arm exercises on the one side because it hurts. Should I stop completely? Do I need to go to doctor?
