General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation including ECHO test is needed to assess the pumping action of the heart.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
