i am asking about my doughter who have a polmonary idiopatic fibrosis.she have 13 years old,when she was 1 years old she have a leucemia all,than transplatation and gvhd on skin,...i am asking about tretment of this fibrosis
and year ago they found kidney idiopatich fibrosis

To be honest idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is not a good disease to have. There are many drugs in the pipeline but nothing seems promising. Very few treatment options available. Tab perfinodone is newer antifibrotic drug. It is anti TNF alfa. Other drug is N Acetyl Cystine(NAC) which is antioxidant, anti inflammatory and mucolytic. And oral steroids can also helpful in certain conditions. Home oxygen therapy is also helpful.
