General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Neck problems are a common source of tinnitus. Neck pain and tinnitus frequently go hand in hand. There is no specific treatment for tinnitus. I recommend to use amitriptyline which is a prescription medication. I also suggest to do a neck X-ray to evaluate the neck pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
