Suggest Treatment For Puncture Wound With Bleeding
Hi! My daughter fell and hit her chin on the asphalt there is a cm curvy trauma but the skin didn t really break open, Besides on the edges where it was slightly punctured and from where there was blood coming. I washed with soup and water and presured it the blood stoped in about 15-20 min. I put antiseptic gel and then a bit of antibiotic oiltment. A bandaid on it! Should I still see a doctor?! Does it leave a scar if the skin is not really broken?!

If the skin is not punctured then no scar will be formed. Application of antibiotic will prevent infection. You may cover the wound.
