Suggest Treatment For Purple Bruise At Injection Site
I have been getting allergen immunotherapy for about a month now bi-weekly. Tuesday 6/21 was my last shot and it was really painful when they gave me the shot (I normally can tolerate it). Since then, I have developed a deep purple bruise adjacent to the injection site with deeper purple lines. It has been itching like crazy and I ve been sneezing very often.

The symptoms seem to be related to a side effect of the injection. I suggest using cold compresses for local application. I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
