General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Your concern is understandable. After the present course of antibiotic treatment is over, wait for two more days, and get urine routine and culture tested.

Also, check his kidney function blood test, with an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done. Ensure he drinks enough liquids daily. See your doctor with the reports. Feel free to contact me anytime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
