Suggest Treatment For Pus Cells In Urine

hi doc! my urine test shows that there were traces of pus cells and im taking cloxacillin 500gms 2 times a day as prescribe by my doctor.need advise doc coz there is still presence of pus cells i can see it on my underwear although its quite minimal.im sexually active person,those it has something to do with it?thanks and morepower!

IT would be great if you could provide more information.For how long are you taking this antibiotic.

Usually we need around 5 days to 1 week to get rid of the infection.In other times,even more.
But also,if the bacteria present in your urinary tract is resistant,that it will need another type of antibiotic.

I suggest to wait a couple of more days at your body to proper heal itself.
-have plenty of water
-chamomile tea,or rose team
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-don't hold your urine for long

If the symptoms persists,than i suggest to do an urine culture to determine the right antibiotic.
