Suggest Treatment For Pus Discharge From Anus And Painful Bowel Movements

I am a 42 year old heterosexual male who had an injury to my anus rolling over in bed and catching the corner of a square plastic box. This was approximately beginning of may. Since then I have experienced watery discharges but what appears to be a watery discharge on my boxers, when I wipe its bloody. I experience painful bowel movements and am in pain usually for up to an hour or two afterwards. More recently it has increased in frequency and now there is a yellowish pus that is also being discharged. What can I do about this?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being 42 years old, heterosexual, got an injury to anus while rolling over the bed a d catching the corner of the square plastic box in May. There is watery discharge on boxers and blood when you wipe on. There is painful bowel movement, pain continues for few hours after passing bowel movement. Now there is increased frequency and yellowish pus.
I would advise you the following:
There is an obvious injury to the anus with attendant complications.
You need to be examined by a General Surgeon and proctoscopy if possible.
Get a course of an antibiotic with probiotics.
Sitz bathe before and after passing motion.
Painkillers if required.
Full diet high in fibers.
Laxative if required.
All these things will allow you to get well soon.
