Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bumps On Penile Shaft

I have these pus filled bumps on my penile shaft on the hair follicles and I just had sex last tues and they showed up Wensday and my girlfriend is pregnant and I m wondering why they scab over and have puss coming from out of them and it causing a itch down I need help please to get this cleared away

Hello,

Seems to be sexually transmitted infection as gonorrhea, chlamydia or else. Need best care with expert dermatologist, till the time being approach:
- Keep penis clean with antiseptic liquid
- Local application of polymycin or neomycin cream
- Anti-inflammatory medication as ibuprofen with proteolytic enzymes as trypsin and chymotrypsin
- Antibiotic prescription as cephalosporin, fluoroquinolones orally or injectable ceftriaxone as per the clinician concern
- Control of blood sugar
- Avoid penetrative sex or masturbation (if active) till recovery
