General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a boil or tiny abscess arising from hair follicles. Consult a general practitioner and get evaluated. Pus has to be drained and topical antibiotics like mupirocin can be applied after cleaning with soap and water. A short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxclav can be taken for five to seven days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
