Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a white spot on my gum, it is painless but when I touch it a white liquid comes out, it will eventually bleed. I brush my teethe twice a day and I have been using corsidol but this does not seem to make any difference. I have just moved and do not have a dentist
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pus filled spot on the gums which seems to be due to improper hygiene of that area leading to gingivitis.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult dentist for proper examination. Doctor may order X-ray for proper evaluation and may prescribe antibiotics for at least for 10 days. You should take combination of Metronidazole and Amoxicillin for 5 days. Do warm saline rinses and rinses with antiseptic mouthwash. Maintain oral hygiene to prevent further food debris and bacterial accumulation.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
