Hi Dear,
Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern.
Brief answer - Prepubertal Gingivitis
Detailed answer - As per your query pyrea and foul odor(
halitosis) from mouth is because of inflammation of gums. Continuous deposition of food particles,
plaque, calculus causes bacterial deposition in that area and continued accumulation leads to foul smelling and it start forming pockets in gingival tissues. Sooner these pockets start filling with debris and pus accumulates and it effects bony structure around tooth.
Scaling is definitely one of the best treatment option for gingivitis. The very popular myth about scaling is that it weaken teeth ,hence they fall earlier .But it don't loosen your teeth in fact the bond between gums and teeth become stronger after scaling , so there is nothing to panic about . Its simply removes the debris accumulation which cause tooth destruction.
I would suggest you to visit
dentist or periodontist for oral prophylaxis. Use mouth wash like
listerine (antiseptic) twice a day for treating halotosis.
Brush at least 2 times a day before going to bed at night time and after breakfast daily along with flossing.Brush your teeth with proper brushing technique ,so that it will remove all the debris from gum line.Ask your dentist to teach you proper brushing and flossing technique.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
