Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From Shoulder To Breast

i have had pain that starts close to my shoulder blade,then radiates all through by body this started about 10 yrs ago after I had a breast implant the dr.s have done every possible tests & cannot find the cause,,,never have checked in or around breast area,no unlra sound,x-ray s nothing. I was just wonderning is there any possibility that I could have scar tissue & its causing the pain? I end up getting this if I use my arm above my head.they say they know there s a problem but just can t find it? also had nerve tests..injections in the area where it starts.would like to maybe find an answer because I have made a lot of trips to the er. they give me injections that eventually put me to sleep. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank s

Hi,

Noted your history of Breast Implants, pain starting near shoulder blade, radiating throughout body, visits to ER. local injections and so on, no relief.
The most probable cause can be fibromyalgia as you have this problem for the last 10 years and such a long history indicates towards fibromyalgia or so.
Secondly, your pains start after using the hands above head level indicates towards frozen shoulder or some sort of old peri-capsular injury.
If the breast implants allow the MRI of the affected area, it would show the cause, any fibrosis, knots, capsular tear and so on.
Cervical spondilitis causing nerve compression or stretching can also cause similar symptoms.
Avoid stress and anxiety if there is fibromyalgia.
Consult an Orthopedic Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations to get an exact cause so that a specific management can help you a relief.
