Suggest Treatment For Raised Bump In The Lower Abdominal Area

I have a raised red bump that started with a black center with a tiny white spot in middle, very small, a week later it is a little bigger and redness has spread to a couple of smaller patches, located on my lower abdomen. What could it be and should I see doctor, hate to go in for nothing

Hello,my name is Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi. You may have a foruncle that is an infection in the hair follicle. It can be treated by local antibiotics . In most cases a single bump is not serious and will respond to incision and drainage. Systemic antibiotics are also sometimes indicated.
