General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your symptoms suggest more of an infective abscess, age has no relation to this.
i would advise
to start on antibiotic such as cefexime along with antacid and continue it for full course of one week, this will definitely help a lot.
Using antiseptic soap and conditioner will add to the help.
hope these will help to relieve the symptoms.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
I find this answer helpful
