First of all I am a retired RN. My question: for the last month I have been experiencing increase heart rate with increase SOB. My EKG(12lead showed BBB(my PCP/Pulmonoligist analysis) may be an old ? Rhythm. He scheduled a CTScan foo the chest to rule out PEof the (the scan was negative). S/S include left deep chest soreness,difficulty swallowing liquids,and pai R&L shoulders. ????

Your symptoms could be related Ongoing myocardial ischeamia secondary to bundle branch blocks.Get an ECG,2D Echo,lipid profile along with your investigations.You need to take drugs like clopilet, ecosprin ,atorvas ,betablockers ,propranolol,ionotropes immediately by discussing with your doctor.Get an Electro physiological study and Radiofrequency ablation depensding on the dignosis.You may also need Coronary angiogram to rule out blocks in the heart.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
