Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate

Sometimes after I take a shower, by heart beat really fast. I checked my heart rate once right after and it was 190. I am 5 2 and 1/2, 180lbs 20 year old female. Also after I take a shower my energy is drained, is it my heart? Because sometimes I can feel a strong palpitation feeling in my throat. What is going on?

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding you concern I recommend you to avoid prolonged stay under the shower, and in a warm and wet bathroom, as it may trigger an exaggerated vascular reaction (vasodilatation), and predispose to syncope.
