I can understand your concern

your problem is due to exposure to sunlight.
rashes develop on exposed parts due to depigmentation in skin.

so when these rashes cause feel ing of hot ,and sometimes itching

so plz avoid as possible to sunlight

you can use antipigmentation creams, like biluma on rashes, sunscreen lotions when walking in sunlight.. drink plenty of water.

if you take above precautions slowly rashes fade away and your skin comes normal glory..OK.don't worry.
