Suggest Treatment For Rash Like Bumps On Inner Thigh

hello i had a a rash of small bumps that started on my right inner thigh they were tiny clear fluid filled itchy bumps with a dark center ..the rash has spread to my other thigh both legs and my arms im afraid its gonna keep spreading what could this be

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the rashes involving thigh and spread to upper limb indicates dermatitis issue most likely.

My guidelines at present
- keep the parts clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- local application of calamine lotion 4-5 times a day which gives best soothing action
- sitz bath with epsom salt and lavender oil have excellent herbal properties of recovery
- tablet cetrizine or diphenhydramine for itching relief
- prescription of antibiotics as doxycycline or others with your doc for faster recovery and prevention of secondary bacterial infection
- control of blood sugar
