My 6 year old son has a raised pinpoint rash under & down his arms & on his back but lass of it. Seems to be isolated down arms but concentrated on the upper arm & arm pit area. It s itchy & Brnadryl has helped with itching but rash isn t better. Nothing different to eat over the past 24-48 hrs.

Hello, Thanks for your query. The condition may be acute urticaria which in case needs medical attention or atopic dermamtitis. in either of the case for supportive treatment u can use alovera based gel or soap and an oral antiallergic like atarax drops around 0.5ml twice a day, avoid dairy products , sea food, egg , plantpollen . fruits like pineapple etc, the treatment suggested is only for supportive care for time being, kindly see a doctor for further care.
