Suggest Treatment For Rash On Buttocks
My 5 year old granddaughter has a problem with wetting her pants and also bowl movements. Along with this she has a constant rash on her buttocks and genital area even when she is not wet or dirty. No creams seem to clear it up. She says it stings all the time.

That may be the ammoniacal dermatitis or diper rash.
Better diagnosis can be done if you upload the picture.
Till then you can try ezinapi cream for local application.
Keep the area dry, minimise the use of diaper, and change it as soon as it gets wet.
Flucos dusting powder along with cream ezinapi should help you.
