Suggest Treatment For Rash On Leg

Looking for a name for a rash on leg that is about 3 inches in diam and looks like a target. The rings are small bumps that itch and hurt. I am searching this information for my sister who says it appeared after she was working in her garden and rubbed against a wheelbarrow (rusty ?). Right now there appear to be 5 circles , very red . Hi,
It seems that this might be due to local allergic reaction to some thing poisonous bite producing typical bump and itching.
Give her anti-allergic medicine like Benadryl or Cetrizins for 2-3 days.
Apply triple action cream locally.
She might require one course of antibiotic medicine course if infection develops at the site.
Ok and take care.
