Suggest Treatment For Rash On Penis Tip

HI I am suffering from Tenia cruris from exactly two months now. I habe used both terbanafine for 14 days but with no results and am also usim Zucon200 once in a wedek.with no results but am getting relief when I applu Xinon- CF cream. Now the rash has come on the tip of penis skin as well which is more frightening. I weigh around 100 kg and so far not siffering from sugar. I am 42 now and never suffeted any such kind of skin disease in my memory except that since childhood I have small pimple type dane on external penis skin. Please help. Please suggest a permanent treatment.

For treatment of rash on penis tip you can take some some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching and redness. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid-b powder or continue Xinon-CF cream for local application. Maintain the local hygiene of private part.
