Suggest Treatment For Rash On The Lower Back Of A Child
Hi I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and for the last 3 days she has had this weird rash or possibly ant bites on her lower back right where the hip area is and they are like little blisters she will reach back there and say itchy and she scratched a couple of them yesterday and they bleed for about 1 minute maybe and now the ones that she scratched are scabed up. It s no where else on her body though just in those two spots now one side has more blisters than the other and I don t know it s weird I thought maybe shingles but she has never had the chickenpox. Sometimes it looks like it s going away and then sometimes it gets all red and looks like it s getting worse. I m so confused lol
It may be a bite of a spider, typically a spider bite look like any other bug bite a red, inflamed, itchy, bump like and also pain in the bite area. Another common reaction to many spider bites is to get weeping blisters at the site its looks like puff filled or fluid filled. When these blister opens it becomes at risk of infection. Seek medical care when you unsure the bite was from a poisonous one.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
