Suggest Treatment For Rash Under The Breast With Burning Sensation?

I have a rash under my breasts that started out from accumulated perspiration but now seems to be more like an attack of shingles and it burns. I have tried applying baby powder, which helps to dry the area, or using a coconut oil based salve. I have also used 1% cortisone cream. It seems to be spreading. What else can I try?

Hi

Inframammary areas are commonly affected by fungal infections owing to the increased sweating in the area .
Try to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Apply an antifungal cream containing clotrimazole agent twice daily .
Wear cotton undergarments so as to reduce sweating .
Use clotrimazole dusting powder twice daily .
Avoid using cortisone cream .
