Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Bumps On Body

I have a rash on my lips and cheeks and under my nose. I went to see my primary care doctor and he said I have perioral dermititis. The bumps are clustered together and they burn, itch and swell up. He prescribed my metrandazole gel to use. However, this morning the rash has spread to in between my breast and now i have bumps all over the inside of my mouth!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These rashes and bumps on body due to viral and fungal infection. Use two types of creams to cure it. 1. Clotrimazole cream apply locally twice in a day. 2. Acyclovir cream apply three times in day. Take Tab Acyclovir course for 7 days. Work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
