Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Redness Above Upper Lip

I hav a red rash right above my upper lip. and in the edge of my lip there are white dots the size of pin heads. ive had the redness for a little over a month. when i first noticed my lip it hurt and was swollen like a pimple. three days after i saw the "pimple" it went down and stopped hurting. but the redness has stayed. some of the symptoms seem like herpes but everything i read said an outbreak is usually done in about a month

As per your complain rashes above the upper lip along with small white dots on the margins of lips seems to be due to causes like allergic reaction to some skin cosmetic or even any food or medication..
It can also be due to bacterial infection due to using any infected cosmetic or sharing lipsticks, chapsticks with other infected individual..
It can also be due to Herpes Virus infection causing cold sores..
It needs a proper evaluation and investigations like blood tests as per suspected cause to confirm the diagnosis so that treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of allergic reaction anti allergics like Levocetrizine can be advised..
In case of bacterial infection antibiotics oral and topical ointments can be given..
In case of viral infection oral and topical antiviral medicines like Acyclovir can help..
