Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Both The Hands
I have a rash on thepalms of both hands. It begins with tiny bumps that are pimple like, at first can be very itchy.it has begun to dry up now and looks likeflaky skin. I had this same flairup two. Years ago. I cant think of anything i have come in contact with that may have caused this.

Your symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine daily. I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application.
