Hello,
You are suffering from rashes on the back, buttock and face. You are suffering from this since 2 years. You should make changes in your lifestyle, food habits and hygiene. Take bath regularly and wash your clothes, bedsheets, bed covers, etc., frequently in hot water. Avoid sharing your toiletries, clothes and towels, etc. Do not use harsh chemical based soaps, lotions or shampoos. Do not get yourself directly exposed to sunlight. After bath do not let your skin dry up but apply herbal based or water based body lotion or moisturizer.
Avoid food that trigger your symptoms and cause development of rashes. Avoid taking sea food. Take a lot of fruits, berries and well cooked veggies. Avoid red meat, take yogurt and food that keeps your system cool like cucumbers, watermelons, etc. Stay away from animal dander, fumes, paints, dust-pollution, poison ivy, leadwort, hogweed, wood nettle, ragweed, etc.
Wear soft cotton clothes that are loose fitting and change clothes if you sweat on them. Always wear fresh clothes. To get relief, take antihistamines. You can apply a thin layer of
hydrocortisone ointment on the area affected to get rid of itching. Do not pick, scratch or pop. Get clinically examined by a dermatologists and get the skin tests done to detect the
skin allergy,
eczema,
dermatitis, etc., so that the treatment can be started at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
