Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Buttocks Of An Infant
My 8 month old girl child have red rushes on her bottom area due to using huggies . But at the time of diagnosis she had no fever or diahreah symptom. After consulting with local paediatric doctor , he prescribe one lotion secalia for local application and One Zn20 oral suspension 1 tsp twice daily. Now my question is why he prescribe Zn20 for her ? Because from your site I came to know, that above mention medicine particularly used for diareah patient only.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it would be difficult to comment on why the medicine being prescribed but it can be said that it is your right to ask the doctor for what the medicine being prescribed, and ideally it need to be asked the person who actually prescribed it, any way this could be allergic condition and it will be fine with local application alone and some time it may be self limiting hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
