Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

The rash on your leg may be allergic reaction to some insect bite, food or chemical.

HIV doesnot manifest this way with rash and so early.Less chances of HIV if you had properly wore condom throughout the act.If at all you have doubt, you can test for HIV antibodies after 3 months of this sexual intercourse as tests may be false negative now.
For the rash, you may take anti histaminics like oral cetrizine once a day for 3 days. Also you can apply hydrocortisone ointment at the area for 3 days.
If symptoms donot improve within 3 days, you may consult physician.

Hope this information helps.
Feel free to ask any more doubt.
