Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Neck

I have had a itchy rash on both sides of my neck for over a month. I went to the doctor and they just gave my hydrocotozone. It seems to heal up for a couple of days and then I wake up in the morning and it s back. I have ruled out allergies. What is this?

It is due to allergy or fungal infection. Take zifi-cv or mocikind-cv after an expert opinion along with anti-allergics like Avil or cetrizine for redness and itching. Use candid-b powder or clobit-gm cream for local application. For sore eyes use gatiflox or eye cool eye drops three to four times daily.
