Suggest Treatment For Rashes Under The Eyes

It started out small but now, a couple of weeks down the road, these bags under my eyes have become prominent bags with watery fluid build up & have drawn other people s attention. I also suspicion that it is also responsible for crusty deposits emanating from distal corners of my eyes that are, as I call it, a Super-active Mr. Sandman gift . LOL Well, I half-heartedly dispelled it as dry eye but if I don t get to the root of it, I m going back to my eye doctor, who earlier said for me to just use cold packs, & press for something more definitive than just use cold packs as I m not into placation.
