Treatment with anti fungals is necessary if this is the case .
To ease the burning and raw feeling in your throat and
esophagus there are anaesthetic preparations available in the form or syrup that you gargle and swallow which will ease the pain.
avoiding hot and spicy food or foods that tend to stick in your mouth can also help. Do not have carbonated drinks, tea or coffee as this can cause further irration.
