Suggest Treatment For Re-rupture Of S1

I am a 48 year old female, I have had 2 back surgeries. My S1 was ruptured ,had surgery to fix it and had instant relief for 3 weeks, then the pain came back. I had another MRI and it has reruptured. I have had 2 doctors tell me I need to have it fused and rods put in and I have had 2 doctors tell me it is too risky and a 50/50 chance. It is pressing on my rt. sciatic nerve that runs down my rt. buttuck and down my rt. leg. I have tried injections and I have not had much sucess with these. I have tried the tens wires implanted in my back for a trial period and could not get any relief in my back. The pain medicine helps my pain in my back but no relief in my leg. I am very confused on what to do. I have L-2,L-3,L-4,and L-5 bulged. I am seeing a doctor at the LOUISVILLE SPINE and he says he does not recomend surgery but his associate does recomend the surgery. He said to fuse and put pins and rods in. I am scared that it could leave me paralized. I am tired of being in pain, there are times I cannot even get out of bed or turn over in bed without someone helping me up. Can you please give me your opinion. I would appreciate your advice.
